FORENSICS AND DUE DILIGENCE

Before any transaction is carried out, conducting due diligence is very important for four main reasons: first of all, to ensure that the transaction has legal backing, to identify obvious and hidden risks, to identify remedies for the identified risks and last but not least, to ensure that the client gets the best deal.

We conduct due diligence practice in corporate and litigation. Our due diligence team provide due diligence skills in conveyancing matters, incorporation of companies and related entities,  mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, tender offers, strategic alliances, spin-offs and other transactions.
